-Rules for Squads and Teams-
* Okay first off senseis' are asigned to genin ninja that are equal in the same ability. Example: Team Jairaiya, Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato. Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan specialize in ninjutsu. Jairaiya does the same thing. Don't Understand? Well maybe this might help. Lets go onto Shikamaru's team. Shikamaru, Choji, and Ino. Now then all of them are useless alone;however, as a team they are the perfect combination. Want more information? Well then here this might help, Shikamaru uses shadow possesstion, Ino uses mind transfer jutsu, and Choji ends off with Human Boulder. This all equals perfect combination. Do you Understand now?
* Second, Each team or squad must have two male and one female. This is because though male are strong, they miss out on the meaning of "TEAM WORK" so it is required for a female to be in the group. Example: Yahiko, Nagato, Konan. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura. Kakashi, Obito, Rin. Don't Understand? Well maybe this might help. Male ninja are most likely more in depth with offensive attacking where as females are in defensive. So this means for every two offenses it requires one defense. This states for every two males it is required for one female. Want more information? Well then here this might help, Naruto and Sei are great at fighting so therefore they do the attacking, as when they are hurt Sakura backs them up with either healing their chakra or protecting them from oncoming kunai.
* Third, you can be in a squad or team if your a shinobi ninja or a rouge ninja. Though, rouge ninja are more likely seen in groups of two than four. Example: Pein and Konan. Don't Understand? Well then maybe this might help. Rouge ninja are usually double talented in either defense or offense. Want more information? Well then maybe this might help, remember when I brought up for ever two offense there must be a defense well here is where that ships into this situation. Two rouge ninja equal 2 defense and 2 offense, this is required there fore the rouges travel in groups of two. This is called a team.
